Attendees: Allen J, Charlie N, Van P, Eric M, Pete W, a few late stragglers. Pizza was consumed.
Pete W elch nominated for club secretary.
Nomination accepted.
Elected by unanimous vote.
Proposed - Per Article V: Officers (Executive Committee), Section 3. Request vote by members of the executive committee to hold club officer elections during regularly scheduled September club meeting. Duly elected officers to hold office from 1 October thru Sept 30th of the following year.
Proposal accepted by unanimous vote of members-5 executive committee members in attendance.
**** Elections for club officers will be held during the September 9th meeting. Officers will assume responsibilities on Oct 1st. ****
Air races discussion - Air races will be held on August 28th. Peter W. will coordinate volunteer efforts.
